Our customer wanted an updated exterior, something more stately. So we replaced the stucco siding with rich brick, and added a brick ledge to three sides of the foundation. Inside we completed a spacious addition over the kitchen and added an exercise room in the basement. Additionally we replaced the oak stairway with alder wood, giving it a more sophisticated and modern presentation. As we worked we found – and repaired – several areas inside and outside of the house and garage which had structural issues.
