Renovating a century-old home poses its unique set of challenges. Through collaboration with the homeowners to bring their vision to life and the dedication of our hardworking crews, we successfully transformed the feel of this historic Excelsior residence. Extensive renovations included a complete overhaul of the main floor, reconfiguring both the kitchen and bathroom layouts. Responding to the owner's desire for additional rooms and space, we strategically incorporated a studio addition on the Main Level and expanded the living space with a new game room above the Kitchen. Furthermore, we addressed the absence of a bathroom and shower in the Master Suite, enhancing the suite's functionality and comfort.
